The passes cannot be used to purchase a ticket online; they have to be processed in person at the front desk at THEMUSEUM.
This pass provides regular admission to THEMUSEUM [10 King St. West, Kitchener] for a family of up to two adults and up to four children. Passes are not valid for ticketed events, workshops or school programs. There are no stipulations on how frequently a pass can be used.
